Getting Started

Submit a partnership inquiry via our Register page or contact us directly. Our partnerships team schedules a school visit to assess infrastructure, discuss timetable integration, and agree on a subscription plan before the term begins.

02

What Happens After Sign-Up

CAU confirms an instructor assignment within two weeks of agreement. We supply lesson plans, student workbooks, and any required software licences. An orientation session with your head teacher and ICT coordinator is held before Week 1 of instruction.

03

Discovery and School Assessment

Before launch, the partnerships team reviews your school's readiness in areas such as lab setup, learner numbers, timetable possibilities, contact-person availability, and expected delivery model. This helps ensure the rollout is practical rather than rushed.

04

Academic and Operational Alignment

CAU works with your school to decide when sessions run, which classes are prioritized, and how to align delivery with the broader teaching calendar. This step is important because schools differ in lab access, staffing patterns, lesson allocation, and parent communication structures.

05

Instructor Launch Preparation

Once onboarding is confirmed, an instructor is assigned and prepared with the relevant school context, module pathway, and delivery expectations. Schools also receive clarity on reporting cadence, learner grouping, and who to escalate operational questions to during the term.

06

Week 1 to Term-End Flow

From the first week of delivery, schools move into a stable rhythm of lessons, learner follow-up, and periodic updates. At term end, CAU reviews learner progress, identifies strengths and challenges, and supports decisions on continuation, scaling, or improvement for the next cycle.
