    Show your interest and pay the 200,000 UGX application fee to open your child's admissions file.

    Fill application form & submit

    Complete the detailed application form with your child's learning profile, goals, and preferred concentration.

    Skills assessment & interview

    Our team conducts a brief skills check and a short interview with the student and parent/guardian.

    Application eligibility review

    Admissions reviews the full application and interview outcome against available membership slots.

    Admission offer & acceptance

    Successful applicants receive an offer letter outlining their membership concentration and start date.

    Membership concentration & member fee

Can one-off campers become members?

Yes — if you start with a holiday camp and want to upgrade to membership, your camp fee is credited toward the annual membership. It's a risk-free way to try us first.

What if camps fill up?

Members get a 30-day priority booking window before non-member seats open, so member seats are always secured first. Non-members are offered remaining seats on a first-come basis.

What payment plans are available for membership?

We offer annual and quarterly payment plans for the 1,560,000 UGX (was 2,000,000 UGX) yearly membership fee. Contact our admissions team to arrange a plan that works for your family.

How many students are in each camp?

115 total per camp — 100 reserved member seats and 15 non-member seats. Class groups are kept small so every student gets meaningful attention.

What ages do you accept?

Ages 7–19. Every learner is assessed and placed by age and current skill level, from complete beginners to advanced coders.

Do students need their own laptop?

A laptop is recommended for home practice and continuity between camps. We advise families on minimum device requirements during registration.

When are camps held?

Camps run in January, May, August, and December each year — up to 4 per year. Members attend all four as part of their annual membership.
