Membership FAQs
What does the membership fee cover?
The 1,560,000 UGX (was 2,000,000 UGX) annual fee covers a guaranteed seat at up to four holiday camps (January, May, August and December), a personal mentor, skills assessments, parent progress reports, showcase events and certificates.
What is the application fee for?
The 200,000 UGX application fee opens your child's admissions file and covers the skills assessment and interview with our team.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer annual and quarterly payment plans. Talk to our admissions team and we will agree a plan that works for your family.
We already did a camp. Can we upgrade?
Yes. If your child has attended a one-off holiday camp, that camp fee is credited toward the annual membership.
What ages can join?
Ages 7–19. Every learner is assessed and placed by age and current skill level, from complete beginners to advanced coders.
What if a camp is full?
Members book 30 days before open seats are released, so a member seat is always secured first. There are no waitlists for members.
Does my child need a laptop?
A laptop is recommended for practice at home and on our Student LMS between camps. We share minimum device requirements during admission.
