01

Per-Term Fee Structure

Fees are charged per enrolled learner per term at a flat rate of UGX 15,000 per learner, with a minimum engagement floor of UGX 450,000 per term per school. Fees cover instructor time, curriculum materials, and end-of-term certificates.

02

Payment Options

Payments are accepted by Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel), bank transfer, or cash at our Kampala office. A 5% early-payment discount applies when fees are settled before Week 1 of term. Invoice-based billing is available for schools with formal procurement processes.

03

How Schools Usually Structure Payment

Schools typically choose one of two payment models: parent-funded enrollment or school-funded delivery. Parent-funded models work well where schools want optional participation or direct fee recovery, while school-funded models suit institutions that want ICT positioned as part of the formal school offer.

04

What the Fee Supports

Fees are designed to support instructor time, curriculum delivery, learner materials, structured implementation, and end-of-cycle reporting. Rather than paying only for isolated computer lessons, schools are investing in a guided ICT pathway with operational support and measurable academic value.

05

Budget Planning Guidance

For school administrators, the best approach is to budget by cohort size, delivery frequency, and term objectives. CAU can help schools estimate rollout models based on whether they want universal participation, phased delivery, or pilot implementation before scaling.

06

Procurement-Friendly Engagement

Where schools need approvals, internal sign-off, or formal invoicing, CAU can support documentation and planning conversations early in the process. This reduces delays between interest, approval, and actual launch.
