Summer Camp 2026
Give your child a head start this summer! Code Academy Uganda's Summer Holiday Camp runs from 29th June to 31st July, fully online via Zoom, 8:00–10:00am daily. Designed for learners aged 7–19, the camp covers Coding, AI & Machine Learning, Robotics, and Python for Drones across two hands-on modules for 750,000 UGX.
This summer, give your child the chance to build real-world solutions while having fun. Our Summer Holiday Camp blends creativity and technology, guiding students through foundational and advanced tech skills they can carry well beyond the classroom — all from the comfort of home.
Module Highlights:
🧩 Scratch — Coding Foundations
Perfect for younger learners and beginners, this module introduces the building blocks of programming through Scratch's drag-and-drop, visual interface. Students learn logic, sequencing, loops, and problem-solving by designing their own animations, stories, and simple games — turning abstract coding concepts into something fun and tangible.
🌐 Web Design — Building for the Internet
Students learn to design and build their own websites using core web technologies. From structuring content to styling pages and adding interactivity, this module gives learners a practical introduction to how the websites they use every day are actually made — and the confidence to create their own.
🚁 Python for Drones — Coding Meets Flight
Our most advanced and exciting module! Students learn Python programming fundamentals and apply them to drone technology — exploring how code controls real-world hardware. This module bridges software and robotics, giving learners a taste of AI, automation, and engineering in action.
