4Media Release: Photographs and Video Footage
At Code Academy Uganda, we are proud of our students and our vibrant learning environment. We frequently capture photographs and video footage during our classes, workshops, and events to celebrate student engagement and achievements.

By enrolling your child at Code Academy Uganda and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you grant Code Academy Uganda a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display photographs, video, and audio recordings of your child taken during our programs for promotional and educational purposes.
We are committed to protecting your child's identity. We will not use a child's full name in conjunction with their image in public-facing materials without obtaining separate, explicit written consent from a parent or guardian.
5Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may only share your data with:
- Our Staff: Instructors and administrative staff who require the information to perform their duties
